Josh Cash has been involved in real estate in the High Country for many years: As a developer, builder and as a realtor. He brings a depth of understanding to the marketplace based on that experience. Having successfully navigated the economic ups and downs of the past, NextHome Mountain Realty is now building a team to continue that success into the future.

OUR OWNERS

Allan is a lifelong resident of Watauga County who knows the High Country both “in-town” and out. Allan’s professional background in real estate covers all facets including commercial and residential development.

Growing up in Miami, attending PACE High School & Miami Dade, Judy moved to Charlotte to attend Dental Hygiene School, graduating with honors, earning an RDH license in both Florida & North Carolina. She married her “Boone Boy” in 1971 and moved to Boone when Blowing Rock Road was a two lane highway and not one chain restaurant existed.

We ARE a company that seeks to grow each agents personal business with an unprecedented set of tools, that are free to every NextHome agent. Because NextHome was designed to be ultra sleek and ultra efficient, we are able to offer the best commission splits, and lowest commission caps in the industry.

We are NOT offering a tiny monthly fee in hopes of having hundreds of agents, who may/or may not grow their business. We are NOT a brokerage that has huge commission splits, but leaves an agent wondering what they are paying for.
